Dr. Tiffany Russell grew up in the small town of Dry Tavern, PA and attended Jefferson Morgan High School. She was a 4 year varsity letter winner in volleyball and softball. Since she is from western Pennsylvania, in addition to playing sports, she grew up loving the Steelers and Penguins. Dr. Tiffany graduated high school in 2002 and was ranked 6th in her senior class.
Dr. Tiffany attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where she studied Psychology and had a scholarship to play softball. After graduating from SVC in 2006, she went on to Chiropractic school at New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Tiffany was a Dean’s list student at NYCC and also received her Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition while she was getting her Doctorate in Chiropractic.
After graduating from NYCC in 2009 she moved to Alexandria, Virginia to live with her Fiancé, Dave Russell. She began working in Bowie, Maryland and got married on August 28 2010. Soon after beginning work in Bowie, she soon realized that she missed the small town culture that she grew up loving. After talking to the Herman Brothers she realized that this was the atmosphere she wanted to work in and Waynesboro was the perfect small town life for her.
Dr. Tiffany enjoys treating patients in all stages of life and is dedicated to staying current with the latest research in Chiropractic and nutrition to better serve her patients. She has a kind and calming personality that makes patients feel comfortable and relaxed in the office. Her focus and commitment to each patient’s health and well being can be seen in all aspects of care.
Dr. Tiffany is currently living in Greencastle, PA with her husband, Dave, and 2 cats, Simba and Zoey. When Dr. Tiffany is not in the office she enjoys baking and rooting for the Steelers and Penguins.
